All writing/material that is submitted to Publish Kids and the Publish Kids website becomes the property of Publish Kids and the Publish! Kids website as all copyrights are assigned to Publish Kids. We hold the rights to publish and republish all submitted works to an unlimited extent within the Publish Kids website. This unlimited extent also includes on-line/internet publication as well as future hardcover/soft cover printed anthologies compiled by Publish! Kids.

After submitting writing/material to Publish Kids, the authors/artists of the work submitted have our permission to submit elsewhere for publication. ALL PUBLISHING RIGHTS REMAIN WITH THE ORIGINAL AUTHOR(S).
